Driven by a commitment to innovation, we’ve introduced game-changing product upgrades, enhanced functionalities, and powerful integrations that empower brokers to deliver exceptional trading experiences. Here’s a comprehensive look back at the highlights of 2024.

WebTrader: Even More Intuitive and Powerful Trading Platform

This year, we introduced a host of upgrades to our WebTrader platform, designed to streamline operations and provide brokers with an edge in the competitive forex market.

  • Portfolio Section
    This feature goes beyond just providing traders with data. It offers a comprehensive view of trading activities, allowing traders to make more informed decisions, track their progress, and optimise their strategies for better outcomes. These tools enable traders to not only monitor their open positions but also learn from their trading history and visualise performance trends, giving them the insights they need to succeed.
  • In-House Trading Chart
    Our proprietary Panda Trading Chart brings advanced technical analysis tools, drawing capabilities, and seamless trade execution into one solution. This powerful feature equips brokers and traders with the precision and insights needed to excel in today’s fast-paced trading environment.
  • Side-Bar Menu
    Navigation is now simpler than ever with our redesigned left-side menu. Users can customize their experience by adding quick-access features like Rewards & Benefits, Economic Calendar, or Trading Tools, enhancing usability and efficiency. Additionally, they can add custom pages to the main navigation panel by integrating third-party content.
  • Swift Onboarding
    The onboarding process was overhauled to provide a smoother experience for clients. Features such as progress indicators, deep-links, and a one-question-per-page format eliminate friction, enabling new traders to set up their accounts quickly and brokers to onboard clients effortlessly.

CRM Push Notifications

We launched a highly versatile Push Notifications feature that enables brokers to send real-time updates to their clients directly from the CRM without relying on third-party services. This feature enhances communication efficiency and is also available as an action within the upcoming CRM workflow module, paving the way for personalized and automated engagement strategies.

The new feature allows CS/sales/retention and marketing teams to send push notifications directly to clients that include a Title, Message, Image, and URL, which opens up a number of exciting messaging and customer segmentation possibilities. 

Furthermore, Push Notifications are available as an action directly within the Panda CRM workflow module, helping this feature to become integrated in the day-to-day duties of brokerage various teams.


Help Desk Improvements

This year, we reimagined the Help Desk system to enable bi-directional communication between CRM agents and end-users.

Key Enhancements:

  • Dynamic Reply Threads: Each ticket now includes a thread of replies, allowing for ongoing, structured communication until resolution.
  • Internal Comments and Regular Replies: CRM agents can differentiate between internal notes visible only to their team and client-facing replies, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Improved Status Management: Agents can seamlessly update ticket statuses, while clients benefit from greater visibility into the progress of their requests.
  • Cross-Platform Functionality: The updated Help Desk is fully integrated into the WebTrader UI, Web Mobile, and Apps for a consistent user experience.

These upgrades provide brokers with a streamlined support system, enabling faster resolutions and better client satisfaction.


CRM FAQ Section

We implemented an FAQ section that allows CRM users to easily locate topics related to the section they’re on and search through all CRM FAQ topics. This addition enhances usability, reducing the time spent searching for answers and improving the overall user experience.


CRM Cashback System

To support promotional strategies, we introduced a cashback system that allows brokers to deposit rewards directly into trading accounts based on generated trading volume. This flexible solution helps brokers incentivize traders while boosting engagement and trading activity.


New Integrations: Expanding Capabilities

In 2024, we enriched our platform by incorporating several pivotal integrations to elevate our platform’s functionality, adaptability, and value for brokers. These integrations empower brokers to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and maintain regulatory compliance seamlessly. Here’s what’s new:

SumSub offers advanced identity verification technology, providing brokers with an automated, user-friendly flow for verifying their traders. This integration allows brokers to ensure compliance with industry regulations while offering traders a swift and reliable onboarding experience, with decisions delivered in seconds.

Zendesk
Known for its powerful support management tools, Zendesk enables brokers to streamline customer service operations. By integrating this solution, brokers can offer faster response times and more organized support channels, ultimately enhancing the overall client experience.

DocuSign
DocuSign is a global leader in digital document signing and approvals. With this integration, brokers can handle agreements quickly and securely, ensuring a smooth workflow for onboarding, account updates, and other critical processes.

Identomat
Identomat uses AI-driven document verification to simplify and accelerate client onboarding. By automating identity checks, this integration helps brokers reduce processing times and improve accuracy, ensuring a frictionless experience for traders.
