By using a time-limited, one-time-use token delivered via email, the process reduces support dependency and enhances login security. This upgrade is fully aligned with leading industry standards for authentication and access control.
When a client initiates a password reset from the client area, they receive an email containing a unique, single-use token and a direct link to the password change page. The token is valid for 15 minutes and is fully separated from any auto-login functionality, protecting against unauthorized access.
Clients are guided through a simple, step-by-step reset process. The system provides real-time validation to ensure the new password meets your platform’s security requirements. Once the password is successfully updated, users are immediately redirected to the login page, allowing them to resume trading with minimal delay.
